Here's an outline of the ReBoot360 program:

 

  1. Image: If someone can't find you, or doesn't get what you do, they won't buy.
  2. Sales: Without even basic sales skills, you might make the occasional sale, but it will never be consistent, or scalable.
  3. Service: Everything is about the experience now, it's not just the product or service. Give them an experience that stands out and they'll be back and tell everyone!
  4. Staff: The overwhelming reason that a role doesn't get done the way the boss wanted it done is simple. No training, no expectations, no support. Do that and just about everything with staff works the way you expect it too.
  5. Product: Ongoing innovation. Something that makes your product or service standout is critical. Customers get bored! Otherwise it's just price and anyone can drop their price!
  6. Marketing: Easily the most complicated part of business. But without some regular marketing, advertising or promotion, you get forgotten. 
  7. Data: The real key to knowing how to grow a businss, is understanding what's going on now and how you get the results you get right now. That way you can grow. Knowing the numbers from the data, the results, the yes's, and what happens with no's is critical,
  8. Communication: What everyone says and how they say it! The single most common reason that 50% of enquiries don't go anywhere, is that people don't know what to say, where the get the answer from or are scared to ask. Every contact point has to work. A business is only as string as its weakest link.
  9. Planning: If you and the team don't know, or aren't clear about whee you're going, and how you'll get there, the actual chances of getting there are slim. A strategic plan is the way to easily build a business, then stick to it!
  10. Management: And it's all about management. Your team, the results you get, your clients, marketing, it's all about good management. Review, asking questions. Are we on track and if not why. Too many businesses get to the end of the year, haven't done that and end up again, where they didn't want!
